1. Representation
- You appoint NextGen Models as your non-exclusive representative for brand collaborations, content monetization, and promotional opportunities.
- You may work independently with other parties, provided such activities do not conflict with agreements made through NextGen Models.
2. Content Ownership & Licensing
- You retain full ownership of all original content you create.
- By uploading or sharing content with NextGen Models, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for: promotion of you as a creator; execution of brand collaborations arranged through us; marketing NextGen Models’ services.
- We will never sell or transfer your content to third parties without your consent.
3. Earnings & Payments
- All revenues generated through campaigns, partnerships, or platforms managed by NextGen Models will be collected by us and disbursed to you after deducting agreed service fees.
- Payments are made monthly, or on another cycle agreed in writing.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance with local regulations.
4. Creator Responsibilities
- Produce and publish content that complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and brand guidelines.
- Avoid content that promotes hate speech, illegal activity, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Maintain professionalism in all collaborations arranged through NextGen Models.
- You must be 18 or older.
5. Agency Responsibilities
- Provide you with growth opportunities through brand deals, campaigns, and networking.
- Ensure transparency in reporting collaborations and earnings.
- Protect your data and privacy in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Confidentiality
All campaign details, brand briefs, financial arrangements, and partnership terms must remain confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- Ongoing collaborations at the time of termination will be honored until completion.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws applicable to the Company’s principal place of business.
9. Acceptance
By registering as a Creator with NextGen Models, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
